I worked for Barclays PLC as a UX Designer for roughly 3.5 years from 2018 to September 2021. As a Designer in a very small team, I led the Design efforts for a number of projects from Discovery right through to Delivery. I conducted my own user research and analysis for those projects, as well as ran ideation workshops, and designed the solutions.
Product Designer | 👨🏾💻
I worked for British Airways as a Product Designer for 11 months from October 2021 to September 2022. During a Design System update refresh, I was the sole designer on the ‘Help’ product and worked on the CR Portal Landing Page, and features in the claims portal.
UX / UI Designer | 👨🏾💻
I worked for NatWest Group as a UX/UI Designer for 9 months from November 2022 to July 2023. The bank underwent a brand refresh and a re-platforming, and as a result all the digital journeys within the account opening journey needed to be redesigned. I was the sole designer on the Apply & Set Up Current Accounts product and worked on a number of releases to aid in the re-platforming efforts.
